🔄 Return / Exchange Policy

📅 Return & Exchange Window

We offer a 7-day easy exchange from the date of delivery.


✅ Eligible for Return / Exchange

You can request a return or exchange if:

  • Wrong size received

  • Damaged product

  • Wrong item delivered


❌ Not Eligible for Return / Exchange

  • Used or washed products

  • Size issues after wearing

  • Minor color variation due to lighting

  • Orders placed during clearance sale (if applicable)


📦 Exchange Process

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Share your order number + product photo

  3. We will either:

    • Arrange a pickup, or

    • Request you to self-ship the product

  4. After quality check, the new product will be shipped


💰 Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product

  • Wrong product delivered

💳 Refund Method

  • Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via:

    • UPI, or

    • Bank transfer
